Dr. Adeela Arooj completed her Family Medicine residency training from Schulich School of Medicine, University of Western Ontario, London in 2016. She is part of Brantford Family Health organization and has been working as family physician in Brantford since 2016. Dr. Arooj holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Arooj did Masters in Bioethics from University of Toronto and is a member of Joint Centre of Bioethics (JCB). She has special interest in women’s health, joint injections, minor procedures, and bioethical research. She is actively involved in research and has written in international journals.
Dr. Arooj is also part of teaching faculty of McMaster University and is actively involved in teaching medical students as Assistant Clinical Professor. Currently, she is working as a Family Physician at Henry Medical Centre, Brantford ON.
