I graduated from the nursing program back in 2015 and have worked in long-term care, home care, OB/GYN practice, and now family practice. Nursing is my second career and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I love being able to help people in need whether that be physical care or emotional care.
I am excited to get to meet all the patients here at this great practice.
Anne Marie Seymour – Diabetes Educator Nurse
My name is Anne Marie Seymour and I am a Registered Nurse of 34 years with a background in a variety of clinical settings. My latest role of Diabetes Educator Nurse I have held for the last 10 years and have my Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Bariatric Educator, and Clinical Pump Trainer certifications. My role at Henry Medical Centre is sponsored by Novo Nordisk Canada.
The service objective is to focus on patients who may require training/support to successfully start or intensify existing injectable diabetes therapy as well as diabetes education for overall better diabetes management.
Dawn Deschamps – Medical Office Assistance
My name is Dawn Deschamps, I graduated from Career Canada College in 1994, with a Medical Office Administrative certificate. My first position was with Dr. Skrypuch, a family practice in 1995. When he retired, I moved on to Dr. Tsuchida, and we integrated with Dr. Arooj and Dr. Rahman, I remained on. I have 29 years of experience behind me. I enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I am happy to help out with patient’s needs.
Taylor Gard – Medical Office Assistance
Hi there! My name is Taylor. I have been an MOA for 3 years now and enjoy every minute of it. I also graduated from school for PSW. I am outgoing, I love sports and nature as well as spending time with my family. I pride myself on my interactions with patients, and cannot wait to see and get to know all the patients here! I am very excited to be a part of the Henry Medical Centre staff.
